RE: Sagging overhead TV cabinet

That was my last resort, I'm still in Canada and have to wait till summer for that but your right that would secure it 100%. Thanks for your thought though.

Sagging overhead TV cabinet

Hope I can get help/info on how to reinforce the front overhead TV cabinet on a 94 Bounder. I noticed today it was sagging in the middle above the TV. When I removed the TV I noticed a few of the screws that go into the ceiling had pulled out and the carpet had separated from the roof/board. I want to secure the cabinet to the roof but an not sure of how much room I have for screwing before I go through the roof, can't find any diagrams or reference for this. Has anyone else fixed this problem, do you know whats above the ceiling carpet? Really appreciate some feed back.
Thanks

RE: Onan Emerald, ground wire fell off

There are about three to four empty pins to insert the clip on the casing where the board and regulator are housed....but not the chassis.
Thanks

Onan Emerald, ground wire fell off

Just put a new voltage regulator in after having non-start problems and the Onan starts great but wouldn't stop. Its a Onan Emerald I Genset, Model Number 4BGEFA26100F. A wire fell off " LO J1-11", the diagram says its a ground from the circuit board anyone know where it goes from the circuit board to ??????
Thanks KT

RE: Help with Onan Generator Problem

Jim
Have same problem, will only run if holding button (same model). Cleaned slip rings and brushes, checked oil pressure switch to make sure it opens, all is okay. The only thing thats left is the board or the voltage regulator. Either one can be bought from Flight Control systems. Give them a call they're very helpful.

Update
Just came back in from checking the gen. First checked to see if I was getting 12V to the regulator by checking pin 7, 12V okay, then to see if I got 120V at the breaker, no power. It's the voltage regulator. Ordered new one. Hope this helps.

RE: Onan runs with start button pushed only

Finally fix, cross my fingers. Follow Jim's blog on cleaning brushes, took about 10 minutes. Its been running without a burp..Thank you all for your input. These things can have so many different things go on them with similar problems sometimes its a guess. Hope this helps someone else, $200 just for trouble shooting is a lot now a days.

RE: Steering/Parking Brake Problems

PS
You got to bleed the system, got to. Everything from turning the wheel to going from Park to Drive. If you don't you'll never get the air out and the reservoir will just keep overflowing when stooped.

RE: Steering/Parking Brake Problems

I went through this same problem last year with my Bounder. I personally talked to oldusedbear on the cell. Get it fitted. He's a genius. There's a bleeder screw at the back of the autopark block, you have to reach up. Bled the system a few times and it was as good as new, saved $$$$$ aleast. Oldusedbear really knew what he was talking about. Thanks again oldusedbear where ever you are.

Onan runs with start button pushed only

Seen this similar post before and seems the answer is "bad oil switch" and the sure way to identify it is to by pass the switch. The problem is how do you do this since there are no diagrams or simple (for me) step by steps. The gen is an Onan Emerald 4000 4BGEFA26100K. It will continue to run with start button held in but will not generate power.
Thanks Guys

RE: Highway 19 in West Virginia

We just came back from Savannah and wenr down 19 both times (one night spent at the Walmart in Summersville). Little bit of a climb but nothing too bad. Didn't see any speed traps either day or night. People were friendly in Summerville and will use this short cut again. Hope this helps.
